Leggings for pants?

Yes! Leggings for pants, but only if done right! Tis the season to cover up and stay warm but a woman can always be sexy by showing off her curves! A great way to do that is to wear leggings that are thick so you still get the warmth but your booty still looks good. A few quick and easy rules to follow when wearing leggings as pants:

1. Top must cover our downstairs
(spandex + friction = not a pretty sight)
2. Make sure they are NOT see-through!
(No one wants to buy the ice cream if you are giving out free popsicles)
3. Make sure they fit!
(Nothing worst than that shimmy after standing in front of a cute guy)
4. Wear the proper panties
(You want people to be amazed by your sexy legs not your snoopy underwear)

Remember there is always a right way and wrong way to do wear something so if you follow these rules when wearing leggings then you will look slimmer and stylish! Now to the fun part!

Wild wild hipster

Went to an amazing concert tonight by Regina Spektor at the House of Blues. The venue is pretty casual so I made this quirky fun outfit to fit in with all the rest of the hipsters there. I put these very adaptable forest green high waisted pants (That I just adore!) with a sleeveless jean shirt and a yellow mustard cardigan  to get my fall colors in. I needed really comfortable shoes because I knew I would be standing the whole time so I pick my moccasins and pick my accessories accordingly. I had a blast tonight and I fit right in with all the rest of those adorable and very stylish hipster kids. :]

Bold Attractions

You can make any look more fashionable with a sleek bun or a high pony. Here is my work outfit that has a little kick to it with my bold colored tights. By pairing these tights with a simple geometric dress and a tailored blazer I'm am giving this look a more youthful and edgy look. This look was super easy to make and super easy to transfer from day to night. Just let that hair down, put on a smokey eye, and put on some stilettos and take the night by storm!

Prints on prints on prints!

Mixing prints is a easy and fun way to give your look a whole new spin! This causal outfit is great for school or a nice day date with a friend. By mixing these prints in a smart way you are telling the world that you are bold and are not afraid! You can mix almost any print you want as long as you pair with a basic such as a dark wash jean or even this stripe shirt. I personally love these flats so I'll put them with almost any outfit.  Don't be afraid to mix things up a bit! Just remember that a little confidence can make any outfit!

Jeans: (Fall 2012) Styles for Less, $13 Clearance!
